Ink Capabilities

The new ink system includes 18 channels: 6 for CMYK LC LM inks, 6 for white inks, and 6 for varnish. This system reduces the need for refills, making maintenance easier and ensuring uninterrupted ink flow. The ink produces minimal fumes, so costly ventilation systems are not required.

Varnish Function

The varnish function provides a glossy finish and special 3D artistic effects.

Ink Low Alarm System

The printer includes an alarm system to remind you to refill when ink is low.

Production Features

The MBO-UV1812 allows for printing in a large area of 6 x 4 ft x 6” H. Its automatic height sensor adjusts the bed to maintain the optimal distance between the print head and the product (1-3 mm), optimizing print quality. The interchangeable tray fixtures make it easy to print on products of varying shapes and materials.

Software

MBO offers advanced Maintop RIP software (also compatible with Photoprint) and a smart control system, with features such as:
