Ink Capacity

The ink system has 18 channels: 6 for CMYK LC LM colors, 6 for white, and 6 for varnish. The bulk ink system reduces the need for refills, making maintenance easier and ensuring a continuous ink flow without interruptions. The ink emits few or no fumes, eliminating the need for costly ventilation systems. One ink set can cover up to 100,000 square inches.

White Ink with Circulation System

White ink allows for direct printing on dark or transparent materials, either as a solid white or as an opaque base for color prints. With 6 dedicated white channels, the amount can be adjusted to achieve gradient effects and photo enhancements.

Varnish Function

The varnish function enables 3D artistic effects and glossy finishes.

 

Production Features

The MBO-UV2513 offers a print area of 250 x 125 cm and an automatic height sensor that positions the bed at an optimal distance from the print head (1-3 mm) for superior print quality. The interchangeable trays make it easy to switch between products of different shapes and materials. The print speed for a complete pass ranges from 10 minutes (color only) to 30 minutes (high-relief effect). Integrated UV-LED lamps instantly cure the ink, producing durable prints on metal, glass, wood, stone, plastic, fabric, vinyl, and more.

MBO offers advanced Maintop RIP software (also compatible with Photoprint), customized for your business needs. The software features include:
